📝 Responsive To-Do List App

A modern, responsive To-Do List web app that allows users to:

• ✅ Create and manage tasks

• 🔃 Reorder tasks using drag-and-drop

• 💾 Save tasks in localStorage (persistent across sessions)

• ❌ Delete individual tasks

• 🔘 Select/mark tasks as completed
