FS-UAE 3.2.35 issue with full screen and mouse button

Hi,

The version 3.2.35 has an issue when you click the mouse button when the emulator is full screen on macos. It brings the titlebar of the mac window into view and it put the mouse pointer in the top left corner. This means when a game has a crack intro and waits for the left mouse button click to continue, the emulator doesn't see the click as the mouse is above the mac window titlebar and therefore the amiga doesn't get the event. Other mouse events cause the macos windows titlebar to appear too in full screen mode.

I think I have a fix for this. I believe the issue stems from FS-UAE Launcher starting the fs-uae exeutable directly, and it seems that in recent macOS versions, that causes the FS-UAE window to not receive focus correctly. By opening FS-UAE.app via open -a (plus some arguments) instead, the FS-UAE is opened/focused correctly. I will issue a new Launcher version soon so you can check if that fixes your problem.
