Support configurable sorting in new content element wizard

We already have the priority system in place: https://docs.typo3.org/permalink/friendsoftypo3-content-blocks:confval-root-priority

Which in my opinion is more robust, as it doesn't depend on other available types. In most cases you don't need to define the exact order of all elements. It's enough to have more prioritised elements at the top.

The new feature is great to make fine grained adjustments at the end. And as it is page ts config, this can be even applied on a per-page basis. So I think these features go hand in hand, but don't need to live both in Content Blocks.

I needed it to sort an item with before = text and so it would be really nice to have that at one place.

of course it would be fine to keep it like that, then I would wish to mention that feature in the docs ;)

Okay, yes I haven't thought of Core Content Elements. I still think it's better to define it in page tsconfig. But there might be a feature coming up, allowing to define pagetsconfig inside a Content Block. So then you have the best of both worlds.
