Crash when swimming and selecting skimmer/skiff

Describe the bug
Title basically. Works perfectly underwater but on water crashes most of the time (basically when I have no weapon, selecting a mount crashes the game).
I've tried with a new installation, with 0 addons but this, with a fresh config file, still happens. I've had this for a very long time btw, as long as I can remember (and its been years) but I never reported it, so thats mb

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Just swim on water (when there's no skills/weapons equiped), I press X to show the wheel and the game crashes immediately when I select a mount

Alright so I found the culprit, it's the shortkey of the skimmer

Basically, I have all mounts bounded to CTRL + a key on the numpad.
For the skimmer, it's CTRL + 9, for the skiff it's CTRL + 6

I tried setting the skimmer on F9, and it works perfectly, no crash at all for both the skimmer AND the skiff, weirdly enough.

When I set the key back to CTRL + 9 ONLY on the skimmer, the skiff also makes the game crash.

So I don't really understand why both of them are related, but at least I found something that worked for me. If you need me to provide some footage or logs, please tell me (I've also joined your discord so you can pm or mention me, I'll probably react faster, I have the same name)
