Working on Test - Delete Civil Parish getting red message

I am currently working on Test setting up instructions for Phil. I am logged in as GeoffJ which is my Data manager level log in.

I am in FreeCEN2 Sub Districts (Pieces by year). Select the piece ... Show.
Select Civil Parishes and it lists the Civil Parishes for that piece.
Select the Civil parish ... Show
Delete Civil parish ... Get the Red message
Go back and the civil parish is successfully deleted

@Vino-S I need your help with this one please. I believe that the error is occurring because when a Civil Parish is being deleted/destroyed the callbacks appear to call
add _standard_name for the civil parish that has been destroyed?!?
But I can't fathom how to resolve.
