There appears to be something funny about the links in Beta.

I tried RG102291.vld as a test file. According to you it has not been copied across. However I downloaded it as CSVPro. When I tried to delete it I got the dreaded red message.

I had a copy of RG10_2292 and so I tried to Incorporate it (It is a vld on the system). I got a message that I could not Incorporate the piece because a vld existed. (correct if the vld exists).

If the file does not exist why can I download it and why is the system recognising vld RG10_2292?

To help with multiple testing I have copied the entire VLD files of SOM to Beta from LIVE.
So we can Download multiple VLDs of SOM.
I will look into the Delete error and get back to you

The deletion of SOM VLDs should now work in Beta. We had permission issues, which is now resolved. Please have a look.
Since Beta is test website, it might be bit slow.
Would you like me to copy the VLDs for CON?

I Incorporated a small file RG10_2401. message received OK. File Incorporated OK.

I uploaded HO107_1931 and received a message OK listing the errors in it (expected).

I then uploaded HO107_1931A, B C and D from my stored files.

I incorporated parts A B C and D. I received emails for parts A B and C but cannot tell whether that is because I am a transcriber or coordinator. I received the transcriber emails OK for part D. I have emailed Mike S the DOR coordinator to confirm that he has the coordinator emails.

I will confirm this is OK once I have confirmation from Mike S.
