Add "APP RDY" token to CellularUrcTokenWoPrefixTable table

In the table declared here, add "APP RDY" token to the list.

According to the latest version of the AT command manual (available here after login), we can read at paragraph 21.7: "it is recommended that the AT command be executed after APP RDY reporting."

Adding this token to the table will allow the application to catch it through the generic URC callback - if declared.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We've identified that older versions of the BG96 modem may not support the "APP RDY" URC. To address this, we're considering adding a configuration option to enable/disable this feature based on the modem version. We'll investigate this further and keep you updated on our findings.

So far, I've just added APP RDY token to CellularUrcTokenWoPrefixTable so I can catch it in a URC generic callback registered by calling Cellular_RegisterUrcNetworkRegistrationEventCallback. This is clearly a quick and dirty way to addresse the issue.

A more elegant approach would be as described below - modified from here:
