Add dataverse.nl as additional backup for data download functionality

We got an account on dataverse.nl: https://dataverse.nl/dataverse/Proteus_Fr
This will serve as fallback option in case both Zenodo and OSF are down or not responding, to further increase input data download robustness.

Preferred solution

• Upload all data to https://dataverse.nl/dataverse/Proteus_Fr
• Implement as fallback option
• Create script that automates data sync across Zenodo<>OSF<>Dataverse so we do not have to do this manually each time.

Fantastic! The sync script would also be ideal. Would Zenodo be the primary source, then?

I think so. If it turns out that Dataverse is faster or more reliable, we could think about switching this around.
