Netskope Policy Compliant Template Missing and the Validation Fails

Steps to reproduce

1. Import the Netskope Module to Forescout 8.5.x
2. Applied and Tested the Module by clicking on Test Button.
3. Tried to create the policy and attached error message and found out the repository is missing policies/nptemplates/NetskopeCompliance.xml file
