Undervolting on Linux Help

I have dumped the tables when using G-Helper on Windows and undervolting -10 and -15 on the CPU.

Would anyone be so kind to have a look at the tables and suggest the complete command to give with ryzenadj to obtain the same undervolting please?

why in other forums do people say that on Linux the value following
--set-coall
Should be in hexadecimal?

Are they referring to older versions of the ryzenadj?
