Hi Felix. I apologize for the delay. Haven't visited this part of github since a few months.
To be very honest, the package has not been worked upon since quite long.

I feel some parts can be made more robust and updated to work with the latest versions of the libraries. We can work on it together and release a stable version, and then register it.

What do you suggest?
