QUESTION: Can Flow Launcher be installed for all users?

Problem Description

When installing Flow Luncher it does not install globally on all users on the pc and only installs on the user profile. Is there a way to resolve it and have it be installed globally?

Due to limitation of our installer project, the answer is no. And we are working on moving to its successor, and hopefully this will be supported: #2616, #4000.
