ipc: Style: 0 -> nullptr.

See Flow-IPC/flow#66. Same deal here for Flow-IPC. In fact, officially, the work in that Flow ticket changed (among other things) the style guide to strongly prefer nullptr over 0, and Flow-IPC officially follows Flow's style guide. As noted, Flow-IPC might already be like 50/50 this way. Maybe more.
