[BUG] Previews of GIF files not rendering properly

Bug Description

Uploaded GIF files do not render properly in previews. That includes the 'Files' tab and the user content tab.

Reproduction Steps

1. Upload GIF file
2. Go to 'Files' tab
3. Observe lack of GIF preview
4. Go to 'Users' tab
5. Select 'View content' on user that uploaded the file
6. Observe lack of GIF preview on the list

Expected Behavior

Previews of GIF files render properly, showing the content of the file.

Actual Behavior

Previews of GIF files do not render, instead the file name is shown.
