No margin between input and update button when hasVersioning is False

Describe the bug

When hasVersioning is False, the Update button for Project Name will be tightly placed right under the Input's border, which looks misplaced.

Steps To Reproduce

I try to compare between my local and deployed SaaS, it looks the same, everytime hasVersioning variable is False

Expected behavior

There should be some margin between the Input and Update button.
