Add Native Debugging #33
Description
Add native debugging to all testing and sample code. This will allow you to seamlessly step into c++ code from C#. See examples from https://github.com/FileOnQ/Imaging.Heif/blob/main/samples/ConsoleApp/ConsoleApp.net48.AnyCPU/Properties/launchSettings.json. You add the launchSettings.json for any .csproj file that needs native debugging
