Incompatibility with x86 #39

Message: Cannot assign float to property lsolesen\pel\PelEntryNumber::$max of type int
Location: C:\pel\src\PelEntryLong.php:57
Emitted in runtime and unittests on x86 Win/Linux and traced to PelEntryNumber.php:34, which cannot handle such a value.
Appears to be caused by the extensive type hinting added in this fork.
Excuse me for not providing a PR right away, but I lack the know-how about the inner workings of this lib.
Replacing ints with floats wherever that type conflict pops up has the side effect of producing wildly different values for other tests.
