We have a top-level document that surfaces an overall operational readiness review for FOC as a whole. This ties together other more targetted reviews for subcomponents like Dealbot and the Filecoin Pay explorer and looks at the system as a whole.

1. Many of the items for doing this readiness review are already listed in GA: FOC Operational Readiness #362 . This is tracking pulling it together into something coherent so top level risks and concerns can be surface.

@rjan90 : I started some brainstorming in https://www.notion.so/filecoindev/biglep-FOC-ORR-Scratch-Space-31adc41950c1802bad5dd6d09ef7ab2d by pulling in context about FOC and past ORRs I have done. I did a couple of diffeent takes. At this point some critical judgement needs to be made as to what is most relevant and pertinent for us given our low amount of time. I'm out of gas to think creatively and judiciously tonight but will look fresh tomorrow. That said, I certainly welcome you to look through the brainstorm rubble and identify which areas we need to dig into more.
