Why and when this issue happens I don't know, it's completely random and not easily reproduceable, even with no other mods installed.
I've had this issue throughout different Windows installs, both on Windows 10 and 11, so either this is an AMD driver issue (I use a 6650 XT), or something else.
This does fix itself after some time, but its still completely random.
