Missing .gitignore

Add .gitignore. It should at least contain the following:
/node_modules
/build
/dist
server.exe

Okay! I will just keep server.exe because the software that I made this plugin for just copies the last version of the code if it is different and I provide an exe file for the users otherwise they will have to download it manually every time they start the software which is not good
