Adds a variety of Modifiers for Enemies. Currently 70 of them
They can do anything from increasing their base stats to buffing other enemies to dropping more loot
Percent chance is configurable, starting at 25%
You can blacklist specific modifiers if you don't want to see them
You can blacklist specific enemies from ever getting modifiers
**NEW UPDATE - V 0.10**
-New Modifiers:
--Tricky - spawns with 3 Imaginery clones (Imaginery by itself is removed)
--Molten - 150% damage, 50% damage resistance, takes heavy damage when wet
--Festive - fires explosive presents into the air, drops a Present
-Improved all Color modifiers so they no longer glow in the dark and combine better
-Modifiers that change size now work better with hitboxes and hovering over the npc
-Removed Bloodthirsty, added its effects to Vampiric
-Fixed Volatile not working
-Improved Sticky so all Webs created will break when the enemy is killed
-Infested is now post EoC
-Changed Fishy from Common to Uncommon
-Changed Smoky from Uncommon to Common
-Metallic now has 20% damage resistance
-Juggernaut now has 25% damage resistance
-Poor now drops 1 copper and drops loot instead of nothing at all
-Vampiric lifesteal capped at 1000 and minimum of 50
-Stealthy now works correctly with Colors and has reduced move speed
-Stealthy no longer displays its modifier name
-Lovestruck releases hearts less often and number of hearts reduced
-Chained rework: now has the chain slowly extend and the tethering effect is not active until it reaches you. Chain will not start spawning until the enemy is on screen
-Possessed now activates ghost AI every 10 seconds instead of always being on
-Stinky will now apply Stinky on death to all players that damaged it
-Accelerating now also multiplies damage by speed up to 2x
-Shimmering now shimmers any item and NPC it passes by
-Fluctuating size change is less drastic, fluctuates every 2 seconds instead of every 5, and speed now also fluctuates
-Devouring now has a size and damage scaling cap of 20x
-Merchant will now give items in higher quantity if they have higher max stacks
-Merchant now gains rerolls based on progression, rerolls will try to increase the items rarity
-Scary dust changed from black to red so its more obvious.Decreased aura size and it now effects other npcs as well. Fixed aura visual not always appearing. Now drops a Goodie Bag
