Runtime support for Jackson 3

Jackson has produced a new major version (3) which is incompatible in a number of ways with Jackson 2. Most of the annotations remain the same, which means many if not all of the schema objects can remain unchanged; however, runtime support needs to be changed to add support for the new version.
