Describe the critical failure
This is a public escalation regarding a severe billing system failure and unacceptable business practice by Factory/Droid.

Your system has taken my money, confirmed my payments, and yet continues to unlawfully restrict my account to the "Free Tier." My development workflow has been completely paralyzed for 4 days, and your support team has actively ignored all my urgent escalation emails.

Taking a user's money and deliberately refusing to provide the service—while ghosting them—is dangerously close to fraud.

The Financial Facts (Account: chutpazh777@gmail.com)

  1. $20 Subscription: PAID IN FULL. (See attached Invoice #CQWSVQ-00006, successfully auto-paid).
  2. Previous $47 Balance: CLEARED IN FULL. The previous failed charge was re-run and successfully settled.
  3. Current Outstanding Balance: $0.00. Despite having absolutely no outstanding debt and an active paid subscription, your backend is failing to sync this data, and I am still receiving the "Upgrade to a paid plan" blocker in Droid.

Expected Behavior & Ultimatum
When a user pays for a service, the service is provided immediately.

Since your email support is acting as a black hole, I am demanding a manual override and sync of my account permissions by an engineer or admin today.

If this is not resolved, or if you attempt to close/delete this issue to hide it from the community without fixing my account, my next immediate step is to file a formal Chargeback dispute for "Service Not Rendered" with my financial institution for all recent transactions, and escalate this deceptive billing practice on X/Twitter and Reddit.

Fix the database sync bug and restore my Paid Tier access immediately.
