blacklist biome doesnt work properly in alex's caves #62

Expected Behavior

adding structure to blacklist making them not appear.

Actual Behavior

some structures still appear

Reproduction Steps

i add to the black list(the one that saids if any of the structure touch the biome it will not generate(good for not having village over rivers)) and also try removing from biome list.

in alex caves, i tested in the candy caves i try to disable any structure but couldnt remove "doom like dungeons", and terramity.

i disable terramity and there is like 50/50 chance of not spawning, meaning some structures disapear but others still even if they are completly inside the biome cave. the doomlike pillars appear and cut throw the cave and they are registred and use "what is this" mod to check.

My guess is alexcaves biome generate after those structures since i can see some terramity mobs generate in the air then die from fall when i teleport but i cant confim anything.
