Try setting max-tick-time in the server.properties to -1 then give your server 5-10 minutes to see if it will figure itself out.
If it doesn't would you be able to share your world with us so we can have a look at it?

I downloaded and swapped out Replication with 1.21.1-1.2.6 and i didnt crash again last night ill check back at the end of the day to update if its fixed/marked closed but if it isnt ill for sure try that out
