Error in band code J?

Hi all
I just noticed that, on the [channel codes webpage](http://docs.fdsn.org/projects/source-identifiers/en/v1.0/channel-codes.html), codes F and G are specified out to < 5000 sps, whereas code J is specified for > 5000 sps, leaving a hole at 5000 sps.

For consistency with the other band codes, I suggest that J be specified for >= 5000 sps.
