Create Exynize CLI client

Create an Exynize CLI client that will allow following:

• auth
• components (use file + cli params):
  • create
  • test
• pipeline (using description file?):
  • create
  • test

[yamalight]

Probably a good idea to run components and pipelines locally by default by mimicking server behaviour. And provide an additional flag to test remotely (e.g. --remote)
