Action Performed:

  1. Open expensity website
  2. Go to profile
  3. Click on "Contact Method"
  4. Click on "New Contact method"
  5. Add a email you have access to
  6. Click on ADD

Expected Result:

The user should receive a code to continue with the process

Actual Result:

Error appears instead of receiving a code
