Action Performed:

1. Sign in to ND
2. Create a workspace
3. Open Workflows, click "Add bank account" in Payments
4. Start adding bank account, exit in the middle of it
5. Bank account with "Action required" badge is shown in Payments
6. Click Help icon to open Help panel
7. Observe the Payments section in Workflows

Expected Result:

Bank account is still displayed in the workspace settings after opening Help panel

Actual Result:

Bank account with action required disappears from the page after opening Help panel. "Add bank account" is shown instead. The same issue happens if open Help panel on Wallet page
