Action Performed:
- Sign in to ND
- Create a workspace
- Open Workflows, click "Add bank account" in Payments
- Start adding bank account, exit in the middle of it
- Bank account with "Action required" badge is shown in Payments
- Click Help icon to open Help panel
- Observe the Payments section in Workflows
Expected Result:
Bank account is still displayed in the workspace settings after opening Help panel
Actual Result:
Bank account with action required disappears from the page after opening Help panel. "Add bank account" is shown instead. The same issue happens if open Help panel on Wallet page
