@class (exact) not working like expected

I have a problem, I work with lua I expected that my class exact shows a warning but it's not the case.

but with @type is working but with warning in initialized variable.

The exact annotation is actually only for compatibility with luals and has no real effect. In our type system you are not allowed to extend fields when using type; with class you can extend fields arbitrarily. The reason you get a warning at initialization is that none of the fields are nullable, so you must provide correct values during initialization.
