[Feature Request] : Support CastBar showing instant casts

I'd like the option to show instant cast spells as an inverted castbar (similar functionality as the GCD/Instant Castbar from Gnosis)

Attached an example where I cast shadowbolt and follow it up with an instant cast corruption using Gnosis mirrored/gcd bar. Sorry for the grainy quality
