Setting the Header Text Color in Damage Meters settings to "Accent Color" while UI Accent color in Global Settings is set to "Class Color" sets the Damage Meter Accent Color to the default Green whenever the UI loads or reloads. See attached screenshots.
Toggling the UI Accent Color to Custom Color then back to Class Color will temporarily fix this (but gets reset on loading or reloading the UI).
