Win 11, env:
Processor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12500H (2.50 GHz) Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable) System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Summary

Can not open OpenHuman to use.

Problem

1. Downloaded and installed OpenHuman_0.54.0_x64-setup.exe
2. Run openhuman as admin, and choose "Run local"
3. Clicked next
4. Show Can't Reach the Runtime, Failed to start local core: core process did not become ready
