Absurd idea: +A anonymity mode (hear me out)

+A would make all users in a channel appear to part (but not actually part), make all mode changes appear to come from the server, no joins or parts would be shown in the channel, and all messages would appear to come from:

-ANON<7 alphanum digit hash of time in whole 30 minute intervals since epoch, and TS6 UID>

I will implement this myself if you agree with this proposal.

The way upstream ircnet-ircd has this mode, but this seems like a better implementation. I'd be curious to see this in action.
