parts of the page work with proper „row“ and „col-md-x“ classes. Other are done with a tool we don’t use anymore and are working with these fields: "text text-135"

Issue:

The problem with the old "text-xx" artifacts is, that they make it impossible to do a proper layout, especially a mobile design.

As we are currently shifting to Material Design, it would also make sense to just skip bootstrap altogether and directly work with the getmdl grid pattern:
