Receive UDP Strings (from ETC SnapBack)

Hello!

I am trying to route UDP strings sent from non-Eos ETC products (like the SnapBack) into OSC. I think this should actually be pretty trivial given that a path can be specified for the output (path would just need to be mandatory).
