Feature Requests

1. As a developer, I want separate, isolated environments so that I can prevent mistakes using the wrong network / accounts
2. As a smart contract developer, I want a simple way to use a versioned & named smart contract registry so that I can deploy the minimum set of contracts necessary for the current environment and link contracts maximally to existing contracts.
