Adding CLM output as default history output variables in next CESM tag

Would it be possible to add the following variables as default output in CLM:
SDA_ICE, FSDR_ICE, TSA_ICE, TS_ICE, FIRE_ICE.

These are essential for the SMB and SEB analysis.

Some of these fields do not exist currently. I tried this in my clm checkout:

git grep -i ts_ice
git grep -i fsda_ice
git grep -i fsdr_ice

I see tg_ice, fsa_ice, and fsr_ice instead; are these what you had in mind @gunterl?
I also see tsa_ice, fire_ice, fira_ice, fgr_ice, flds_ice, fsh_ice, fsm_ice, fsno_ice.

SE meeting: We're wondering whether it makes sense to have these as default for all runs, or instead to put them in a usermod or use case (?).
