Add folder and README for section 1 introduction exercise #50
Description
The first lecture includes a Hello World exercise. This gets attendees to create files/code from scratch. However, it would still be good to have a README for this exercise and somewhere for attendees to put the files in the repository structure.
Additionally, an example solution should be added to the solutions branch.
