Multiple download failures, files missing from server?

downloaded your latest launcher 1.0.4, ran and clicked the green verify button (both green and blue buttons said "verify" on them) as instructed. this is a fresh PC/win10 install; i have not played NS in any form since having win7 nor have i ever used a launcher before. during verification/downloads i receive a large number of popups indicating a 404 while attempting to fetch assets:

the logfile contains several groups of statements such as the one shown below. most include "ragnarok" which i assume are assets for a specific map. i do not appear to actually be missing the important files like client.dll.

and this doesn't seem to affect the game! i was able to launch the game, change settings, see the server list, and connect to a server.
