I am having problems compiling EMsoft on windows so I started using one of the nightly builds. I managed to compile it on Ubuntu without any issues. Comparing the results using both Windows and Linux binaries with the exact same config files for an ECCI simulation, it looks much worse on Windows. Is there a know issue when simulating ECCI? I was thinking that maybe the issue was with how old the nightly builds are and it was solved in later updates.
