Improved Icons for Actions

At a minimum, this would be for adding and removing pieces to import.

Really, we should try to add icons wherever possible to help users see which button they want at a glance.

I think the recent profusion of icons in applications is more confusing than helpful, but that's just a personal preference I guess. I think a one-word solution is the way to go.
