Link checker checks sub-pages, but not area root

We have an action which usses hakrawler to crawl for a list of urls, and lychee to check that the urls respond correctly.
This is organised by "area" - User, Provider, Internal, etc.

The actions need to be updated to include the root url (/) instead of just the sub-pages.
