EEC174 AY Project B2: 1D CNN and Segmentation for Medical Data (Student)

Phase 1: Arrhythmia on ECG Classification Using 1D CNN

Phase 2: Semantic Segmentation on Lung CT Scans

This is your private repository containing the code for Project B2. Make changes and push to this repository to complete the project.

Track B TA (Yui) will go over all instructions during Lab walkthrough. Please read all the instructions carefully. Instructions may be updated throughout the course of the project. Please work on your own repo (current repo), do not clone the instruction repo.

Similar shared drive is set up for the Lung CT Image dataset for Phase 2. It is contained in the same shared drive as OCT Dataset for MiniProject B1. Please message Yui on Slack to be added to the shared drive.
