Support graph mutation for RGG using metall #6

Affects branch: metallds2
Effort: Currently metall can be used to bypass regeneration of RGG; however updating the RGG isn't supported. Take a look at https://github.com/Exa-Graph/miniVite/blob/metallds/graph.hpp#L693 and see if it can be replicated in metallds2.
