Currently 'anatomical entity' (UBERON:0001062) is a subclass of 'organism part' (EFO:0000635), and 'organism part', in turn, is a subclass of 'material entity' (BFO:0000040)
However, in Uberon, 'anatomical entity has a child term ('immaterial anatomical entity'), which is also subclass of 'immaterial entity'. While this class is not imported to EFO, there are other ontologies (e.g., scatlas) that import this term and the EFO term, causing problems. Moreover, in the future we might need to import 'immaterial anatomical entity'.
