Issue on E4S page: E4S Quick Start

Please describe the problem with this page:

I'm following the instructions on the Quick Start page for a Mac.

I get an error when I try to launch the container.

OK, I got it to run with two changes:

1. remove the "/bin/bash" from the end of the container launch line
2. Fix a typo in the pingpong.c source code: MPI_COMM_WORLD is referenced as MPI_COMM_COMM_WORLD in one place.

I have fixed the MPI_COMM error and replaced the docker run command with something more portable. The page is updated. If you can try again, that would be great.
