• rostopic echo
• controls enable/disable
• starting controls with/without sim
• start simulation

The following changes are included in robosub-ros2.

• .bashrc sources core/install/setup.bash and onboard/install/setup.bash.
• SMACH is no longer used.
• ros2 topic echo alias is not needed.
• Controls enable/disable aliases have been added in robosub-ros2#49.
• Simulation is no longer used.
• Task runner alias is not necessary
