From the current state of things in dev, could we have the following added / changed:

Getting started

This is great! Just one thing:

• The only thing I'd probably add is a 4th step under typical workflow for quantification / visualisation. Just pre-empt it by saying it's usually going to be ad-hoc, but histalign provides some functionality etc etc

Tutorials

Data preparation

• Data organisation -- I would include a concrete example of this; ideally a tree view of the different conditions you describe. Just easier to see what you mean

Registration to the CCF

• Landmark registration -- I think this could use some more screenshots. Maybe one for adding points and what the preview looks like, so you can see what it does?
• Controlling histology appearance -- I think the different settings here would benefit from screenshots showing what they do

Building a 3D volume

• I think the export format for the 3D volume could be better documented, as in what's in the output HDF5 file. In terms of what the group names where the data live are etc etc

Quantifying

• Examining results could use a screenshot
