Generate second Client configuration

Hey, great project!

Is it possible to generate a second client configuration file with an own certificate. If not yet, I would really looking forward for this feature. :)
Also my server configuration has set "embedkeys": true,

Its currently not a features but definitely something I would like to add. I'll start looking into it, I don't think it should be too hard to code up.
